Roommate Wanted
Hey All,
I need a roommmate and your help in finding me one would be much appreciated. I live in the Tahoe Park area (just south of downtown) in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. I have a dog and two cats and I don't mind throwing a new animal or two into the mix. I would, in fact, consider a dog owner a plus so my Boo would have a playmate since I'm currently working 2 jobs.
I would love to rent out one bedroom and share a second bedroom as an office/storage area. I don't have a lot of stuff to put in there, just like, my vacuum cleaner and a book shelf. The renter would have their own bathroom since I have one in my bedroom. If needed, I have a large garage and some stuff could also be stored in there. It's a cute house with a nice backyard.
I would like a $250 deposit and the rent is $600 a month. Month to month lease. These things are all negotiable. I'm pretty easy going about this whole process and really just want someone who is easy to get along with and will pay their rent on time.
