My birthday was quite awesome.
My mom has a shit ton of vacation, etc time to use up before the end of the year, so she took the day off and took me to lunch. That was seriously so cool. We went to Friendley's because my dad told her to not spend too much, lol.
After that I had to go up to the school to turn some stuff in or something, and to take a bio psych exam. I did well, Hunter wished me a happy birthday, and then I went back to my parents' house to go out again with Mom and Allan.
I've had the same winter coat, a long, grey, hooded peacoat, since I was 15. I have another short, non-hooded, black peacoat that actually belongs to my mother and is big on me. So I asked for a new winter coat for my birthday. Sears was having a sale so Allan bought it for me. =D I picked it out though--it's short, non-hooded, and black. It doesn't fit as snugly as I'd like, but they don't have any sizes smaller than a small. Plus I often will wear like two sweaters, lol, and it fits VERY nicely over the bulk I tend to wear when it's cold.
I had some errands to run, and ended up at Target where I saw Marisa buying wrapping paper while she was on her break from work. We laughed it up about that. One of the reasons she went to Target and not someplace else was because I "never talk about Target!" because I hardly ever go there. It was hilarious.
James cooked me dinner. =D Chicken alfredo with mushrooms. Fantastic. He also got me seriously like a shit ton of stuff. A bunch of perler beads because I've been doing stuff with those lately, beads and stuff for the jewelry I make, another container for the stuff since my other two were almost full, GREY'S SEASON 3, and I'm probably missing some stuff.
Then I went to Marisa's, and she has two boxes for me that I swore were different sizes. I open one and it's GREY'S SEASON 2. I have it, but only the burned copy from hers haha so now I have the pretty box. So like the idiot I am, before I open the second present, I'm like "oh I had a feeling this was Grey's and I'm glad it's season 2 because James just got me season 3" because I SWORE the second package was smaller. It wasn't, and it was GREY'S SEASON 3. We had another fantastic laugh about that.
Birthdays = awesome.

James's birthday was cool as well even though I didn't see him on it. He's kind of a poopface about his birthday, and pretty much hates it and stuff. So I gave him his presents the next day.
I got him the 75th anniversary Dracula that he wanted. I also went to Best Buy and bought the re-release of The Princess Bride, which is like his favorite movie ever and the Best Buy one comes with a T-shirt. Cool, right? Not so much since he already has it and I'm an idiot, lol. I knew we had watched it once at a party at my parents' house but I thought that was Sara's copy--and I also forgot that we watched it once at his house. So I don't know if he's keeping it or not but I kind of felt like an ass.

The weekend after James's birthday I think it was, he kept asking me if I was doing anything Sunday night.
He talked about this date we were going on Sunday night for a long time. I start thinking he's finally going to pop the question. I got it out of him that we were going to the Olive Garden. So I'm like, "oh shit, he's going to propose at a restaurant and it's going to be such a big to-do and I'm going to be so embarrassed" right? Hah.
So we get there, and Pat and Michelle are waiting! I don't really see Michelle much anymore so that was so nice. Katie was supposed to come as well, and James waited for her, but she never came and texted Michelle after like 20 minutes saying she was sick or something. But the four of us had an awesome time.
Pat and Michelle brought a present for me, too. A pretty crystal 5x7 picture frame and this very cool bath set that's like bath & shower gel, lotion, soap, a loofah, and a duckie in a miniature claw tub. The tub looks very similar to the one in my house and we all had a good laugh about that. I totally didn't expect them to bring anything, either, and it was just so awesome. We had a nice meal and excellent conversation, and we must have stayed in the restaurant for over 2 hours and then another 20 minutes in the parking lot.
I love Pat and Michelle and we really need to see them more. Michelle and I have been friends since like 9th grade probably, and Patrick is actually James's oldest friend--since kindergarten, if I remember correctly. They're just very cool.

James and I went to Chili's tonight because I LOVE it there.
We were going to go to Mirakuya for dinner with Joe and Jane, because Joe had told James he wanted a double with us over this break, but Joe never got back to James after that.
So he and I went out and had excellent food but crappy service. We saw our waitress for the last time at 9:25, at which point we were finished eating except for a few of James's ribs. We didn't see her again until after 10:30 when James went to the bar to speak to a manager. He wasn't an ass or anything about it and the girl just honestly forgot and was really apologetic and everything. It kinda sucked though because I wanted dessert, but by that time it was just too late and we didn't want to end up waiting even more for the dessert and then more for the check, you know?
So yeah, I need Chili's again and soon, because I have been CRAVING the Molten Chocolate Cake. I LOVE it and it's PHENOMENAL and it's the best dessert ever. But I did get the Mushroom Jack Fajitas as my entree, which is the very best entree at Chili's. YUMMY.

Tomorrow is THANKSGIVING.
At 2pm James is coming here to Gram and Pop's, and we're having dinner. Chicken, since we all prefer chicken to turkey. YUM. It'll be Gram, Pop, James, me, Uncle Frank, and Uncle Marc. Marc won't be bringing his girlfriend because she'll be in Syracuse with her family, and he can't join her because he's a chef and has work at the ass crack of dawn on Friday. Which sucks, because I really like Cheryl.
Then between 3 and 4pm, James and I are headed to his parents' house to have dinner with them, Courtney, and Nana. Turkey, hopefully! gravy, mashed potatoes most likely, stuffing, etc. YUM again.
THEN at 5pm (hopefully we make it on time) James and I are going to my parents' house. For ham, because even though we usually have turkey and ham, Dad didn't feel like turkey. And KIELBASI, because we're Polish and it's omg delicious and necessary at every holiday. But Daddy will be there since he gets out of work at 4--yay! Mom, Dad, Allan, James, and me. And possibly Donna will be there as well but I kinda hope not, but it won't be the end of the world if she is.
Oh, and after the festivities? I'm going to Plymouth to pick up the wonderful Alyson Mae Neely, and we are going to head to the wonderful apartment of Ashley Colleen Weyhenmeyer and Megan Kopec! [Ha, I don't know Megan's middle name. ANUBIS!] It'll be a wonderful gathering of Mae, Duckie, Anubis, and Schatzie. ♥
