My tooth infection has spread from my tooth to my gums and now my throat. It hurts so bad I can hardly swallow or open my mouth or even move my tongue. The entire right side of my throat is a giant open sore. I think the swelling has actually forced my molars to rearrange - my wisdom tooth is now at a 90 degree angle to the inside of my cheek, and I don't think it was like that before. I'm wondering if it's possible that the bone inside of my gums is broken due to pressure from the tooth growing and having nowhere to go?

I'm really hoping that if I ignore it long enough I'll just die already. Sheesh.

Have a dentist appointment on Monday, definitely not looking forward to that. The dentist is going on vacation or some stupid shit next week so all I have to look forward to is having some overly-chipper dental assistant stabbing my infected gums without any novocaine (I don't think assistants are allowed to administer it), ugh, I hope this shit heals or I'm dead by then.

Crap.
