Sin City
Kris and I got back the other day from Vegas, it was soooo fun. Despite some of the crappy times (IE; walking the strip with all our luggage)! We saw a couple good shows and we just had a really relaxing time!
The first night we got to the hotel and we checked out what there was to do in vegas but decided since we were both super tired and we had a ton of time to see Vegas that we would spend that night in the hotel. (The Excalibur) so we took a shower and got ready to go to dinner. We saw "The Tournament of Kings" dinner show. Which was crazy Expensive but well worth it, especially since he was the one paying!!!! HA HA HA! So yeah anyway we spent a little time gambling and otherwise spent the rest of the night in the hotel room just cause we were sooooo damn tired.
Day two: we headed out and started drinking early at the Cyote ugly bar stand in New York New York, getting their slushy drinks with a shot or two added. we then found this group of guys selling time share and kris decided we would go since they were offering us free show tickets and free gambling money and free dinner tickets. It actually wasn't bad at all especially since we were totally trashed already! We then head over to go see our Show with our free tickets which is in the mircle mile shops shopping mall. The show was soooo damn funny! I would see it again and again for sure! we then head back to cyote ugly for another drink and head back to our hotel room.
On the third day both of us being well hung over, we walked the strip and got tickets at this half price ticket place to see Penn and teller. We caught a shuttle to the rio and headed to our show. They asked us if wanted to upgrade our tickets. We decline and go to the bar to have a few drinks before hand. The waitresses at the bar in the rio were dressed super cute toooo! ANYWAYS, so we get to our show and the guy at the door tells us to go to the orchestra seating dispite our mezzanine seats. We ended up sitting like almost freaking front row!!! it was wicked! We headed back to the Excalibur where they were holding our bags and took a taxi to our other hotel that he had planned to stay at for our last night.
Funny story he thought the hotel was 6 miles from the strip as the discription on the website said it was 6 miles from city center! Yeah we were still 10 miles from city center!!! the cab ride was 50 bucks
The next day we took a cab to the other end of the strip and walked the entire strip WITH OUR LUGGAGE! But we did see a few differant hotels and casinos had some bomb ass dollar margiritas from Casino Royal! Dinner Buffet at the tropicana and then a cab to the airport! We got home late late late late at night. and I was glad to be home but it is tooooo damn cold!
