(no subject)
so this is an update on my mirror catastrophy. (if don't know look at the post one down). i surfed around the web and found the mirror can be bought easily. seems like it would cost about 89 bucks before shipping and tax. even with that stuff it would only come a litle over 100. way below the 215 bucks that saturn told me that they would fix it for. so how hard is taking off a side mirror that is part of the door on a saturn? my dad and i decided to do some recon work. we took a part pieces of my door and found that the mirror is very very very EASY to take off. it's held by only 3 screws and the piece that covers two of those three screws just clips into place. so to figure out how to and then take it apart it took about 5-10 minutes (we didn't have the right size to take the screws out and needed to go inside to get it hence 10 miuntes). so in about 20 minutes when the part comes i will have it fixed. so why would it cost me more then double the price of the part to have it fixed. i asked my mom if i could fix it and bring the broken one to saturn and throw it at them and tell them "there is ur fuckin 215 bucks." she said no.
so i was surfing around on the web later on and i found the part for about 70 bucks. how nice. so i ordered it and it cost in total about 77 bucks. still cheaper then the one from saturn and more less then double what they would have charged to install it.
so that's a positive. another thing was sick last night. 103.5 didn't tell mom cuz didn't want to wake her. then i was sick this morning but decided i needed to just get up and do stuff so i went to hooters with dennis (plus i felt bad last couple times i couldn't go out with him and i don't want him to think i hate him). so we met ariel. cute girl. new dennis cuz kady (his girl) is in her sorority.
