Came back to Rochester from Binghamton this morning. Most of O'connor Hall already left for Spring Break last night, after their classes. A few of us stayed til Friday and thus left around 9 am. That's when all of us had to get out so the RAs could check rooms and such. It's weird because I learned that after 9am, if you're not an RA or you didn't make plans to stay on campus over break, your keycards don't work! Crazy, right?

So what's new with me? A few days ago, I was struck suddenly with a weird illness. It's like a cross between the flu and some stomach thing. Let me elaborate. Every few minutes my upper abdomen was like BAM ow, pain. And then after some of that, which felt like prolonged indigestion but so much worse, I started getting some flu symptoms. Like almost passing out from being dizzy when I stood up or moved a lot, fatigue, and some sneezing/coughing/etc. Now thank goodness I feel fine minus some sniffling and my COUGH which just never goes away. It's like this every time I get sick too, I usually have a cough that lasts weeks. Hopefully it will go away this time though!

I only had one midterm this week, the others are after the break. I guess that's a bittersweet thing. My midterm was for my psyc class on Evolution and Behavior, and I think I did ok. I only caught maybe one or two questions that I messed up on, but we'll see. I like the TA (Ryan) in that class..he's a funny guy. He's got brown hair, glasses, and showed a documentary when the professor wasn't there. Best documentary ever: some older British man who sounded like Winnie the Pooh and said the craziest things. I think I laughed at the inappropriate parts, such as when killer whales take seals, while they're still very much alive, to the sea and slap them around for awhile. So there I was laughing at seals flying 15 feet in the air and then I thought...probably not the best idea :)

The musical is going well, we choreographed My Junk from Spring Awakening. I have a few solo lines and otherwise, I like the song a lot. I kept making jokes about Rob (mainly gay ones, since he's gay) and it was a good time. I have to start planning my outfits and that works fine since I want to go to Kohls this break and get some things. Including black pants, a nice shirt, jeans, black flats, and cute clothes.

Otherwise, the only other new-ish thing would be that I went with Cyndi and Amy to the Rat last Saturday. I know I'm backtracking but it was nice to go out with the girls. We took some pictures, and it just shows how much Amy rocks compared to the other two roommates I had. I also learned that blue kamikazes taste delicious.

Today I had a dentist appointment so that I could get my teeth cleaning. Wish that I could say that was a great time but meh, was ok. My back teeth are a little sore. I CAN say though that my teeth look quite nice :)

Tonight I'm heading out to eat w/Eric's family to some place called Lorraine's. I'm not particularly religious but they are, so I'll join them in the whole "not eating meat thing" tonight. Seafood doesn't count though so that's strange. Thursday night Eric and I went to the Cracker Barrel b/c we both got gift cards there. It was a nice restaurant, lots of old people lol but because it's old fashioned food. First time there but I got the meatloaf and it was awesome!! The green beans were..meh, ok, but the corn was also really good. Wasn't a big fan of the dumplings but Eric got the mac and cheese and it was amazing. We used our leftover money on the cards to get jelly beans, mentos, and two stuffed animals: a duck named Ducky (aw <3) and a squirrel named Nutty. Both adorable.

So I'm planning to make the most of my break! I mean I'm not technically GOING anywhere but I want to see Moveed, Erin, Kevin, Nate, and Sean/John, or at least most of those! And Tuesday - Wednesday I want to go to Canada! I'm technically an adult too ;) so I can drink and gamble if I so choose.

That's a novel, so that's all for now!
