really happy with things. basically a freshman for softball so won't start this year but will get playing time. i am counting on hitting. trying to memorize the friendly's menu for work tomorrow morning. i am now a waitress :) money is tight right now but definitely do not regret getting away from shop rite. trying to focus a lot on right now more than anything but did apply for an apartment next year that way i will have a kitchen and am guaranteed my own room. mike is still trying to figure things out for himself when it comes to employment. went to another softball party last night it was fun but i was a debbie downer because i was really tired. this week has been a lot of hard practicing. i am about spent. even being up right now is pretty hard but people are over and i can't tell them to leave because it's a friday night and that would be rude. i want to sleep so bad though. did laundry yesterday so that is out of the way. my dad is in the hospital. broke down last night and in the locker room earlier today. it just really sucks but i am sure he will be fine. overall though i am really happy. my coach said i am improving every day. nicole officially moved out monday so i have the whole room to myself :) i must say it's been real nice and i also got to steal her desk with the lock on it so i don't have to worry about my shit getting stolen when i'm not here :) i really want to join the military still to pay for school but have no idea how that would work with softball. definitely can't do it this summer though if mike and i are gonna go on vacation twice. boot camp would definitely get in the way. mike is also considering joining the coast guard. we will see how things go. i was also looking up grad programs at rutgers camden to see if i really could utilize my last year of eligibility for softball here after i graduate with my bachelors... either way things are good and i am not doing bad at all :)
