everybody would waste it all to have a summer that they could call memory that's full of fun...
So there's been some things going on. Let's see.. I've found out why I've been so sick lately.. I have mono! It sucks major ass. But at least I don't have some unknown illness or some autoimmune disease like my mom. It just mono can last for a long time and it's summer so I want to be able to enjoy myself. I don't want to be held back, but you're supposed to get a lot of rest, so idk. I can't stand just staying home though, and the fact that it's summer makes it 10000X worse. And no "strenuous activity" because I could rupture my spleen. Because both my liver and spleen are enlarged due to the mono. And you should see my tonsils, they're HUGE... I probably have to get them out soon. Dammit anyway. I just hope it goes away soon and I start feeling like my normal self. Because either way I know I'm going to be doing stuff, and I'd like to feel good and have more energy. Kyle had mono not too long ago so at least there's very little chance that he'd get it. In fact it's likely I could have gotten it from him because you can be contagious for some time after having it. Well even with mono I was able to finish off the school year and I am elated to finally be done with it. Exams were fairly easy, like usual, so that is always good. And in good news... June 7th.. Kyle asked me out. :) He took me to this cool place in Rochester that we had gone to before.. it's this little dock thing overlooking the water. It's really peaceful there, you can hear the water in the background, and look up at the stars. And there he asked me out. That made me really happy. I mean we've been together for awhile now, but now it's official which makes it nice. He is my boyfriend.. and it's great. Let's see.. what else.. yesterday was the last day of school so of course we're gonna celebrate.. Kyle called me up and invited me to this barbeque at the beach. I went with him, Randy, Rich, Josh, and Jessica and we met up with a bunch of other people there, like Chris and then other people I didn't know. We went swimming in the water and it was the perfect temperature. It felt so good cuz it was of course hot outside and the water was nice and cool, but not too cold. Then Kyle and I just hung out with each other the rest of the night at my house. We made Leo some popcorn from the stove, it was pretty good. So that's about it right now. I'm gonna hang out with Kyle tonight after he gets off work. Right now I'm chillin with Leo, the cutest little brother ever. Well this is already a long entry so goodbye all. Happy Summer!
