[HALLWAY]: a short Piotr and Theresa scene
“Piotr!”
Piotr stopped and smiled as Theresa walked up to him. “Hello, Theresa.”
“What have ye been up to? I haven’t seen ye around much lately,” she said, tilting her head to the side.
He shifted. “I’ve just been a little…busy, that’s all.”
“Right, well, are ye too busy to maybe come and hang out with me? Me homework’s a pain, and maybe we can do it together.” She glanced up at him hopefully, a small smile on her face.
He glanced behind him quickly, seeming preoccupied. “I am sorry, Theresa, but I can’t. I have some…things I need to take care of.”
Her smile faded. “Oh.”
Piotr smiled apologetically and touched her arm. “Maybe another time, okay? I have to go now, I am sorry.”
He turned and walked briskly off down the hall, and Theresa watched him go, a frown crossing her features.
