I got a cold.
I got a pretty bad cold, and you all know how I hate doctors so much. So I decided it was time for me to
go to the drug store, get some medicine, and self-medicate.
But how do you choose the right brand?
I called Ben and asked him, he seemed to think most of the brands of medicine pretty much did the same things.
He seeemed supportive of most of the options there.
Then one flew out off the counter and landed on my foot. It read 666 Cold. This seemed pretty good, and it
was new and improved. Hey, no need to read the back. This looks like the good stuff. But I thought it was odd that it fell off
the counter. So I put it back on the shelf, considering maybe it was filled with mexican jumping beans or something.
Upon putting it back, I must have hit the Father John's next to it, because then it fell on my other foot. Two cold
medications, one on each foot. Kind of reminds me of that whole angel and devil on each of your shoulders, what should you choose?
But, of course, this is different. These are just cold medication.
In the end, I'm afraid, I ended up just buying waltussen. I also forgot to get honey for my tea. I guess in the end, to me,
something as trivial as cough medication shouldn't be handled like a major life decision, right?
