Today i found out we have a new flat mate....
I was in the middle of recording some vocals for a song im working on, when I felt something brush against my foot, for a second it felt completely normal....well because im use to Padme or Tiny rubbing or stepping on my feet, until I realized....Padme and Tiny arent here yet!!!! so I freaked out a little bit look under the desk and sure enough there it was.....a MOUSE...
so here it the deal, I pick on Andrew so bad all the time for the fact that he is freaked out by mice and rats, he HATES them with a passion and has no qualms about screaming like a girl when he sees either. So im always acting like the big tough girl, "oh its just a mouse, dont be a wimp"....well that is until tonight when all alone in this place this tiny little grey fuzzy thing scatters past my feet, my heart literally skipped a beat, I jumped up on the desk and squealed a little bit (as a matter of fact I think i recorded my squeal because i was in the middle of recording the song, that should be good) it seriously freaked me out, and even though no one saw me freak out, my pride was slightly damaged, BUT that didnt stop me from trying to call Andrew, he and i were in Paris over the weekend and he had to stay there for work for a day longer, so he should have been on the train, but he didnt answer his phone, so in my still panicked and overly girly state, I called up one of the guys from work...and after getting laughed at a couple times, and being told to put out a trap, I realized I was being silly and i should just open a window and hope he crawls out, I guess its better to see it now and know about it so i can set out Humane traps, then for Andrew to find it and try and kill it.
So when Andrew finally came home i told him about the mouse, but managed it avoid telling him how freaked out i was by it, hehe.
Then we installed our new washer/dryer we just got

isnt it lovely....
it was a pain in the butt to get into the cabinet, but after we got it in and figured out all the fancy settings on it...I got all happy, i think this kind of stuff is exciting ,building a home.
