Gosh. Stupid LJ. It'll let me update this journal but not my new one. If you havent added me there (shotmotives) then do so. Now. ;) Just kidding. So, here's my post from GJ:
That show was AMAZING. Absolutely amazing.
The lineup:
The Letter Red (Awesome, loved it. Bought the demo.)
Running From Dharma (My first time hearing them... not the type of music I usually listen to but I liked them. A lot. Got a demo of theirs as well.)
Senses Fail
What can I say? Senses Fail rocked my face. Gosh, I love them. I was pretty close, there were a few people in front of me (I was perhaps the 3rd person back) but it was okay. Of course, you have to take into consideration that the people in front of my had to be tall. Yes, so not only do I have to try to not get stomped on/fall down/get elbowed.. but I have to stand on my toes half the time. My feet hurt. But it was worth it. We met Buddy after the show.. he's great, and really nice and down to earth. He thanked everyone individually for coming to the show and gave hugs and stuff. Even during the show he said that they'd be outside after they got done if we wanted to hang out, whereas the other bands (especially the bigger ones) just act like they dont want to be bothered. He signed my shirt, along with the guitarist (Ive forgotten his name). Ill post pictures later.. I only have a few and they were taken on a camera phone so the quality is absolutely horrible but I dont care.
They played Choke On This, New Jersey Falls Into The Atlantic, Buried a Lie, 187, Lady In a Blue Dress, Tie Her Down, Handguns and Second Chances, and like 2 or 3 more.. I just cant remember their names. It rocked. Oh, and they're going to be on Warped.
