(no subject)
so, does any one have any ideas for a name for the friend i'm planning on buying willow tomorrow?
I'm going to buy a society finch...
I really love spice finches, and I think if willow had died i would've gotten a second spice finch...
but... society finches are more compatible with zebra finches.
willow and finnegan were just a fluke- the species aren't really supposed to get along.
I hope the new bird is into the whole heterospecial relationship...
I think i'm going to try to devise a way to keep the new bird quarentined for a few days before I put him in with willow.
I'm so nervous about bringing a new bird into the house because there are so many finch diseases...
*shrug*
I was talking to my ceramics professor about good restaurants the other night..
and we got on the subject of thai food..
and he's like "the best thai food is this little joint on telegraph..."
and i was like "bangkok 96?"
and he's like "yaaah thats what i was gonna say"
only he was totally all chinese and zen like..
I'm enjoying the class now that I'm able to do the basics.
Hopefully I'll become a zen pottery master, just like my suupa chainizu no sensei...
Ohhh the storm last night was wondeful. Cleo and I just snuggled on the balcony and watched it. It reminded me of being a little kid. It was great...

ohh and house sitting is going fine...
toshi is totally into waking me up a bagillion times a night to ask me for an explination of who i am and why i'm there..
ahh... and to lay on my feet until he cuts off circulation.
