Oh what did I ever do for entertainment before I found Jeremy Irons' movies? THEY GIVE ME A HIGH LIKE I HAVE NEVER KNOWN S:PDOIHQ:EOHFQWFHO:I.
I've never been one to condone infidelity, particularly since the nature of my parents' divorce was explained to me. (Alright, maybe if there's suppressed homosexuality involved, as in BBM.) However, whenever I watch one of Jeremy's movies and his character cheats on the significant other--so, like, in all of them--I find myself cheering him on no matter the circumstances. IDGI EITHER.
I just finished Damage. H-ho my god. I'm not in a synopsis-typing mood, so I'll post the trailer instead:
"HE WAS WRONG." LOLOLOL

HE PLAYED A BRITISH POLITICIAN AND I KIND OF DIED. (THE GIANT PICTURE STAYS.)
The son walks in on his dad screwing that one girl, and, freaking out, backs up and falls over the railing to his death some stories below.
I DON'T KNOW WHY THAT MAKES ME SO HAPPY BUT IT DOES. It's not about the (really hot) sex or the death or anything; I just get so excited over lame soap opera-y melodrama. Like, part of me is emotionally invested, but for the most part I'm laughing out loud at how stupid the whole situation is.
I can't tell you the last time I've taken anything seriously, really. xD
STREAM OF CONSCIOUS FTL.

ETA: CRAIG FERGUSON: "CONGRATUATIONS WHOEVER'S PLAYING THE LIONS." HAHA, YEAH. I HAD TO WATCH THAT GAME. WHY DO WE EVEN BOTHER?
