It has been a while. My life has been pretty mundane up until the last few days. I have been spending a lot of time with Neveah, which makes me feel a lot better. She brought home a new addition to our family. Mimi the calico cat. Oh, did I mention Nev has moved in with me? That's right. It is a bacholar pad no more. Ah well, I find it nice to have someone to come home to.
But that isn't the biggest news by a long shot.
I asked her to marry me. Tonight. It is her birthday and I took her to see RENT. I arranged with the stage manager to be able to stay behind and purpose to her on the Broadway stage. I got on my knee and asked her with every emotion running through me at once.
She said yes.

I can not believe it. Even now I am in shock. I'm getting married.
