All you people and your conformism! Is anyone OUT of the mainstream? Hah! All doing the same thing and asking for questions... not something a individual-loving free-thinking Bohemian would do! Never!
But... I mean... if you DID have a question... I guess maybe I MIGHT answer it.... maybe. *cough*

Mark /is/ willing to do his work. However, the boy was starving and not so well off in the beginning. He was more than desperate for a job. And when only one place seems really interested in taking the boy... he had to take it. Of course, when taking it he had no idea he'd get a place to live, or so much money (well, it's a lot to /him/, anyways) or even that number. All those things sort of fell into his lap. It's sort of like he was in the right place, at the right time.
But! Thats the funny thing about Bohemianism. Most people that are bohemians... have never tasted the "good life". It's sort of like they are forced into the life-style... so they take is as the greatest there is. They know nothing better, therefore are content to boast about their lives and hold up this great truth of being "free spirited". Of course, when they do get a nip off that good life... they tend to fall right into it... going from one extreme to the other. i think this is what Mark is doing right now. He was so used to having nothing and loving it... that when he has all these things, he forgets how happy he was before.
Ah, the last is tricky. I do not belive Mark fully believes what Sabitha has told him. You must realize that before she told him... Sabs had never been fully kind to the young man. They're pretty much opposite people, and the soft interior of the boy couldn't handle her rather "blunt truth" take on life. While Sabella seemed to warm up to him and delight in him, Sabs kinda was more pushing him away. At least, in his own mind. The information you gave him, while he has a sinking suspicion that it might be true, has been pushed to the back of his mind. Mark tries his very best not to think about it. Its sort of "If I don't think about it... it'll go away." Sort of thing.
