Hello, everyone!
I wanted to give my introduction to those who I haven't had the chance to see yet. My name is Eileen McEwan (Eileen is fine, though if you feel uncomfortable, Miss McEwan works) and it's my sincere pleasure to have been recently hired as your Biology professor. I've just moved down here from New Hampshire, where I worked at UNH for several years, and it's exciting to be somewhere new and different. I have fun class ideas prepared (they really are fun, I swear!), and am open to reasonable suggestions or topics which interest you!
Also, with the recent passing of X-ID, I understand many people may be upset. While I have no solutions to give, I always welcome discussion and am open for people to express their concerns towards. Whether it be something national, or something personal, I enjoy listening - it's very difficult to find a taboo subject with me.
I look forward to meeting all of you. My door is typically open, so feel free to stop on by!
