(no subject)
well, christmas and new years were awesome.
i got to spend christmas with my family, and i even got to see bradley and his family too, which was great. i got heaps of good stuff; cd player for my car (me and dad spent 9 hours putting it in on boxing day, but it was soo worth it.. clarion with a remote, lots of power too :) i love it), a dvd player (total surprise), nemo, a hammock lol, a geelong jersey, lots of body stuff, an orlando bloom calendar (mmm..), random little bits and pieces like socks and jocks, car mats and seat covers, two handbags (YAY), money (YAYAY) aand some other stuff i can't remember. from bradley i got a bean bag in the shape of a hippo's head that says 'feed me! i love bottoms!' and a pretty silver necklace with a leafy hangy thing. it's very nice :)
new years was just as good. went camping up at murrindindi with brad, bradbury, haydon, ash, leonie, pat, and bradbry's parents (its their place). was the coolest.. went in the dam for ages cos it was stinkin hot up there, sat on the jetty over the dam till 12:30am and stayed up talking to bradley in our tent for ages. it was a really good day and night.
in other news, i've changed my career plan (again). i'm looking for business administration traineeships now; i'm still going to accept a uni course, but i'm going to defer and see how business admin turns out. if i hate it, then i'll go to uni. if i love it, then uni goes bye bye for now. i like the idea of having lots of freedom and earning a fair bit of money and still going to a little bit of school.
i also have a part-time job :) i start on the 16th of janurary as a temporary receptionist for brad's dad. i'm looking forward to it; its going to earn me some invaluable experience, as well as some extra cash. woop! things are looking up.
it's also now less than two months until i'm 18 (WOOPWOOPWOOPWOOPWOOP) i'm so excited already. i was excited 6 months ago lol... now i'm really excited. i'm gunna book my licence soon, hopefully the same week as i start work. and hopefully there's still some vacancies for the day i want to book...
my family might be going to lakes entrance next week; i'm really looking forward to that too cos it's been years since we've been there. i miss it heaps. only downside is that bradley won't be there :(
