So, the new is.....I GOT A NEW JOB!!!!
No more post office for this asshole. Finally out. My last day is the 26th and i can FUCKING WAIT!
Emily sent me a craigslist ad last thursday. Thursday nite I sent them my resume. The following monday i got a call from the Weymouth Landing Cat Clinic asking me to come in for an interview. I told them i had tuesday off and they wanted me to come in. Tuesday i went and interviewed and for the first time in my life i felt like i really nailed an interview. Like really nailed it. They told me they'd call me back in a week to a week and a half.
Thursday i got a call asking me if i wanted the position. I had some things to think about. Friday i accepted. They were excited and told me that after my interview they hadn't looked at any more resumes or considered anyone else.
I'm going to be a Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist. Everyone there does everything. Its going to be a great place to work while i'm in school for Veterinary Technology.
I'm excited.
