Dear Ex,
You never truly get over the people you fall in love with when the relationship ends. Ours ended horribly and I regret it so much. I hate when the relationship ends and you can't even be friends. I hate losing my friends, more than I hate when they end. You hurt me so, so bad and I'm sure I hurt you quite a bit too and I'm sorry, even if it doesn't matter now. A part of me will always love the person I thought you were, not the person you are. I've moved on and I know you have too and for that I'm glad.
