It feels wonderful to have ones strengths back. I do not feel like my body is being dragged down by anything, anymore. How amusing. Seems that my abilities have returned to their normal state as well as the sky is red, like the Demon Realm, so beautiful like blood.

What shall I do with this now?

Anyone near her could see that her hand's glowing ( Read more... )

return of powers, stronger, intriguing, courageous youkai, deep thoughts, understanding, amused, disoriented amusement, an amused one, feeling better, will continue to search, event: beyond the barrier, getting stronger, amusing

Mnn...

Was her only response to the other as she didn't seem to take compliments to her mind very much. It was just her way of saying thank you in a silent way. She wasn't one to brag about he skills or what she was capable of. She was not the best, and she didn't seem to care much. The next thing she did was not play with the target with icicle daggers, but something else. There was water nearby in streams and in plants, she was collecting them in a simple back that was floating about her. She wasn't one to show all her skills to strangers, but at the moment, she was a bit excited with the full power she was capable of, that she didn't give a damn.

The water slowly froze over, and forming a long whip like icicle, coiling and probably a bit stretchable if more water was added. She was trying her best to control the movements of it as it floated in the air frozen solid. It was like a snake to her as the ice was used once more to aim at the target and then shot it much faster this time and it hit the tree with a large thump and then coiled around as it hit the middle.

Much better...

she dropped the youki and then the coiled thing became nothing more then water soaked on the tree and ground. It was exhausting to use powers like this.

[Element... water. Alright. From his point in the tree, which he was somehow balancing on, Suik claps a little, smirking in his own way]

Might I ask for your name?

She glanced faintly at the male as he questioend her name. She parted her lips and then replied

And my name is Seraphiel, a pleasure to meet you.

[Thanks, Anni's drawings really are the best. But either way, Suik's going to keep standing there for a bit before his eyes seem to swirl in their socket. Because it's monotone silver, it's not exactly noticable]

The name had a strange ring to it, thought the fox but it didn't seem like she was going to question much on it. She kept note of the name, but remained silent as she usually was for a few moments as she glanced back at the water that was being absorbed by the ground and tree. At least something was accomplished in this day. Standing up from her kneeling position, she let out a faint breath before questioning the other.

What species are you?

It was to confirm her assumptions, or correct them, really. ^__^ kay kay, and wow they're really good O_O

Elfen. I thought it would be immediately recognizable... Anyway, I am a former Xei of the Elfen Empire.

[From the way that's worded and entoned... it's clearly supposed to mean something. Xei are demon-hunters and secret agents, basically, to the Elfen, after all]

So it's true.

The woman paused.

My assumptions were correct.

she mused to herself, as she noticed that the other had not been one that inhabited this village for some time, perhaps a new person? At least it seemed that.

Oh?

she raise da brow at the male's reply. An elfen empire huh? Royalty perhaps?. Ah, I see

I would hope you don't assume everything about me.

[Not the least of which were his eyes, uncharacteristic of his species where he's from, and the navy-colored tattoo-cross on his right eye]

Yes, a Xei.

Not at all... Your species is, rare, I suppose.

She'd never really encountered a real elf before, so it was a new thing for her,but this one was strangely friendly, it wans't something she was used to, as well as many others who always attempted friendship with ehr

What...is a Xei, exactly?

Sparking a bit of cutiousity that draws her attentions somewaht

[How could... a demon not know what a Xei is?]

Xei are the shadow-warriors of my people, charged with the protection of the Empire from outside forces and justified to commit to whatever actions they see fit within the rules of our society and the Elders' dictations to accomplish this defense.

Because she's from a different world where things like that doesn't exist xD

Mmmnnn...
Intriguing.

[We know this, but Suik can't. Bloody multi-dimensions. Either way, he's surprised -- her aura implies she honestly didn't know that. That's... mildly interesting. Because of this, he's going to sigh, flex his fingers, and then work out an energy blade from his right hand -- blue in color, and like a sword coming out of his fingertips. He uses this to slice off a branch of a nearby tree.

This completed, he's going to start examining the rings inside said branch]

Definitely, but oh well. She was not a liar type, anyway. Tarei glances off at him once more, before continuing her silent training by playing her with her sheathed Katana. The fox draws it from the sheath and then stares at it faintly, before concentrating her youki to make something of the weapon.

Basically going through more theories of her things. Suddenly, water coiled like a snake once more around the weapon then froze, and completely changing the appearance of the weapon to a glass like appearance. Ah, the ice sword worked. Perfect, she was starting to be amused with her abilities as she can contorl them a bit more.

Am I?
No. Simply honed them a bit more.

I would've used the word 'excited,' but I don't think it would apply well for you. Please understand that language as a whole is a bit of an acquired thing for my people.

[With an enigmatic little smile-smirk which appears sincere, however, he'll bow a little for that apology]

I can understand that thrill though.
