---> 012 | Companionship? Maybe

Jun 27, 2008 23:39

Some things are better left unsaid huh? Seems like the past drags itself wherever I go. I can't seem to escape it. How unfortunate. We are alike, yet, we are different. Somehow, I am curious to why we are opposites, when we are so simply and blantly alike? Hehe. I'll be waiting for your return. Perhaps, we can speak more ( Read more... )

mello, used to it, intriguing, bored, fearless, amused, an amused one, kei, never give up, the darkness, bored out of her mind, darkness is welcoming

Aww... Tarei seems to Miss our little, blond friend, am I wrong? We are not the only people waiting for him to return. Though... heh... I can't say that all of them are with open arms though.

I'm fine, Tarei. I'm still alive at least if that is what you want to know. Those notebooks are indeed intriguing. [[Laughs]] Though, I don't find it fun in winning without seeing the fool's face when they realized they lost.

Me? Up to know good? My dear, what are you talking about?

Perhaps, I do, perhaps, I don't. There's always something I question every now and then. I suppose, you can take it however you wish ne?

Not quite, but at least, you're alive, I suppose. Hehe, you share my interest for those notebooks as well? Indeed. A victory is empty, when you don't get a chance to see the reaction of the rival.

You sarcasm is hardly fits in this conversation. You know exactly what I am talking about, Kei. Your innocent act doesn't fool me, like it does a majourity of people out there.

Avoiding a straight answer again I see. Do you even give straight answers, Tarei? I don't believe you've answered many of them since our...acquaintance.

Yes. Those things do interest me. Ever since I came to meet Mello, I've been trying to find out what I can about his world. I want to understand the man, though at the moment I can't fully yet. I want to know if I can at least trust the guy with his word.

Hmmmm... alright. I haven't been an angel, Tarei. But that is all you are getting from me.

Does it matter, if I give you riddles for answers? I am sure you are a smart boy, capable of reading between the lines, anyway. I can give straight answers, but then, what is the fun of that, ne, Ke?

I suppose, that's one way of seeing it. In truth, I am quite interested in his world as well, along with many others, that I've been told about.

Heh, fair enough. I didn't expect a long answer, anyway.

I am sure you already know that I am teasing, Tarei. I can't argue that it is much more enjoyable to abswer in riddles. It keeps my brain working. With all the idiots around, I am afraid that my poor brain will join them.

That is true. I have many types of Shinigamis here. I have seen vampires from different worlds too. I still need to get more info about them, but they sometimes vary in strengths and weaknesses.

I am glad that you understand, darling..

Of course. Heh, I am sure you won't be grouped in with those idiots. Even if you did, you'd still stand out.

Vampires and Shinigamis. Demons, and humans, all the same race when you speak of it, but behave differently, or according to their own world. It's like a story twisted in many ways.

Why would I not, my little troublemaker?

Hmmm? I stand out? Then I must say that I am a failure as a spy then. The fewer people that knows of my existence, the better.

This plae? A story? Except Luceti is far from being a fairytale wonderland. Also, instead of happily-ever-afters, we have mad scientists, experiments and deaths left and right.

Most will be fooled by an average, innocent face like mine.

To supernatural creatures, maybe, I am not sure about the humans. They might think of you as one like them. My, you're quite anti-social.

It's more of a twisted faery tale if you think about it, ne? Yes, mad scientists and experiments. Kuku, death is a pleasant thing to watch here. They come back missing something important, and they won't know what they are missing.

Heh, average, and innocent... That is quite a funny thing to say.

Anti-social? Maybe. I just call it not fraternizing with idiots. But you can call it however you like. I am choosy with people.

Such drama. Sometimes I do find a little drama entertaining. It is like watching a show in big screen without needing to pay for cable.

You'd be surprise how many people would just pass me without a second glance on the street. A useful thing I must say.

Quite understandable. I am the same at times as well.

Yes, one could put it that way. Too bad everyone seems to be the main of character of this twisted drama.

it is quite useful to be looked at once and ignored. It's a useful way to slide past people as well.

I'd rather stay away from the drama if I could. I always did prefer the action genre to the drama. Tears are so overrated.

Yes. A useful skill indeed. That is why I prefer to remain unnoticed.

That is true. I do not understand why some wish for drama. It's a hassle to deal with. Heh, indeed.

I see. I suppose that is quite a useful thing.

It's human nature I suppose. I'm more a monster than a human anyway.

Yes. Useful indeed.

Monster?
Is that how you see yourself as?
Hmnn.
