Just two theme applications that really need votes right now:

As for the abilities theme, I'm thinking of doing this in either two ways...
01. Making the actual ability per each member of X-men: Evolution as a voting choice. Ie: "I think Jean's telekinesis suits you." or something like that...
02. Dividing our mutants' abilities into groups. Ie: Physical (Juggernaut, The Blob, Beast, etc); Mental (Jean, Professor X, Mirage, Rogue perhaps? etc); Body Weapons (Cyclops, Wolverine, Spyke, etc); Control (Storm, Magneto, Pyro, Avalanche, etc) and other categories for the various mutants...
The upside of 02 is that there is a lesser chance that the applicant to be rated will get the power of the mutant they were originally rated as. Ie: A Kitty getting Kitty's Phasing. The downside is that it will get a little confusing.
So members, again, it's your call! 01 or 02? Decide now! Oh and don't forget to vote... I'm so sorry I've killed the community for a while and that probably drove away a lot of our members. So pimp the community and let's bring it back to life!
