The first one looks a little like Sunspot (Roberto DaCosta) but I can't place the image

The second isn't X-Man, it's actually Cable, from Cable and Deadpool #18. During House of M, somehow Cable ends up a kid, so if you're looking for more pictures like that, Cable and Deadpool 17 and 18 is where to look

The first one is Wolverine from the Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects series that tied in with the video game.

It's called Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects. It was a fighting video game put out by EA last year featuring Marvel heroes and a group of villains created by EA. The game is about $20 right now. There was also a limited series of comics created as a tie-in.
