(no subject)
So for once, I have nothing to do BUT update my journal. So sad.
I had my surgery on Tuesday. Everything went perfectly. We went in around 9 a.m., and surprisingly were leaving around 4. I just remember going in and getting a lot of shots, and then I woke up a few hours later feeling totally numb. I still haven't seen it. I had the really big bandage taken off, and I get the stitches out and the other bandage off on Thursday. Then I'll get to see it. Compared to most, I have very little bruising in my eyes. I am pretty swollen, though. I just can't wait to go out!
Today I was talking to Mikelle for the first time in about a month. She said Michelle text James on her phone, and James ended up texting Mikelle and they got to talking. James and Lawrence used to be really good friends in high school. So James was like "Yeah, I remember when Lawrence had the hots for Megan." And Mikelle goes "Yeah, but he always wanted to keep it a secret and denied hooking up with her." And James goes "Not around me he didn't. He said he really liked her." And Mikelle goes "Did he hook up with any other girls when they were together?" And he goes "No, he always looked at the menu but never got anything!" (WTF?) Then he went on to say "I asked him how they were and he said a lot of stuff was going on and now I guess they don't talk. . .but I thought they would always get pretty serious and come out with the fact that they were dating." Weird weird weird. And it's weird because I NEVER think about him anymore. It's weird to go from thinking about someone every day to never thinking about them. I don't wish to be with him anymore, but I wish that we could be on good terms & actually part on good terms. I'm glad with how I feel now, though.
Speaking of boys! I met one. :) He's so hot. Tyler called Ashlee and I the other night on our way back from Salt Lake. He asked us to come hang out at his friend's house, so we went over. Curtis. . .oh baby. SO HOT! I can't get over it. I thought he'd like Ashlee, but after we left Tyler text me asking me what I thought of Curtis 'cause he thought I was hot. His friend Sanchez was texting me too, asking me "why I'm so gorgeous." But I told him I didn't think it would work out.
So the next night we went to a hotel party, and Curtis was there. We didn't talk much 'cause I was seeing all these people that I hadn't seen in so long. Nic and I made peace that night, by the way. Anyways, so Beppe wanted me to come see him & kept calling me, so I went to his house. The party was in Layton, and as soon as I left Layton my gas light came on. Beppe's house is about 25 minutes from Layton, and my house is another 20 from Beppe's. (And Curtis's is probably about 10 from Beppe's, 25-30 from mine.) So I went to Beppe's, and my phone died. I decided to go home. I got home and Curtis text me and was like "I'm pretty sure you should come to Ogden and chill with me." And I was like "I can't, I have no gas." And he goes "It's okay if you don't want to." And I was like "No, I want to, I just don't have any gas." And he goes "That has got to be the worst excuse I have ever heard. If you don't want to or you are busy, just say it. I like girls that are straight up." So I was like uhh k whatever.
Then he text me night before last and said "I'm just thinking you should come hang out with me." And I was like "I'm had surgery and I look all demented. . .but we should hang out next week." And he goes "I'll be in Wyoming." And I was like "K well just call me when you get back." So yayyy he's soooo cute!! Aww.
Anyways, not much more going on! I want you girls to update more. . .I hate having nothing to read!
