Well at least somehting's going right. I finished Brave New World.
I still don't have anything to do today.
Summer's almost over.

is brave new world any good? it's on my night stand in the "to read" stack.

It was extremely interesting/good. But prepare for some major controversial issues. And lots of sex-related content. I'm thinking Huxley hadn't gotten laid in a while when he wrote this one.

I liked that book. Not as good as I expected, but it was good. Personally I think Huxley has done better.

What else have you read? I would like to read some more of his stuff.

I remember really liking The Doors of Perception (the title of which comes from the same quote that is The Doors' namesake) although I don't remember too much about it. That's another story, however.

A lot of people really like Island and Heaven and Hell.
