Today was Quite a Pleasant Day

I got up around 10:30 and immediately began reading the Conte of Monte Cristo, becuase I only had 55 pages left. I finished reading around 12:15 or so, and I forced down a hotdog. I played a little AC and Goldeneye with Cam, then she left to go to orientation at Creekland, so I took a shower and dozed of for like 30 minutes. I started reading Brave New World, but Cam got home, so we just chilled out for a bit, then we got ready to go to Stone Mountain with the Irby's and the Bair's.

Man, I love Brittany and Kyle. They're great kids. We played frisbee for like an hour and half in the field. I am most definitely getting better at the sidearm throw. But my regular is sucking horribly. Meh, I don't need it lol. Brittany is getting better too :p. And we totally had KFC. I used to love that place, until they changed the coleslaw recipe. But I still love their chicken. One wierd thing happened. The 3 couples from the group showed up for a triple date. How wierd is that? So we tossed the frisbee with them a bit. And Nate climbed a tree. Barefoot.

Man, my mom totally wasted money on the light-up bracelets; they have faulty ON buttons. I knew we should have gotten the sabers. At least they provided entertainment in the car; Mr. Irby thought that Brittany's bracelet was cop lights. As for the actual lasershow, I was slightly disappointed. While I enjoyed the "devil went down to georgia", and the "one with the shapes" (lol), the new medleys of songs are no good. But, I must say, the company made it much more enjoyable (even if it wasn't warped tour).

All in all, it was a great day.
