I've decided to go on a diet to lose weight. I haven't been to the gym in forever and it doesn't really seem as though it will become part of my daily routine.
-minimal carbs (won't happen, but I can try to cut back at least)
-no ice cream
-no fast food
-no sweets (which will be extremely hard, I <3 sweets)
-more veggies
-more fruit
-more fish
-no red meat
I watched this show on CSI last night, it was about a model who had Body Dysmorphic Disorder and Bulimia. When she would binge, she would write everythign down, then she would write down how many time she would throw up and poop, but then she would weight the poop and the vomit to make sure she was "even", meaning she would expel as much as she would put in. They also were investigating her house, and she didn't have any food in her fridge, only water...and Botox. And in her bathroom she had enemas, which she obviously bought inbulk The girl died of starvation, her body just shut down. She also dug up her face, and that didn't help either. Does everyone have to go through all that trouble to look great? Do I have to starve myself to get the body that I want? Or is a perfect body simply impossible unless you go to such great heights to have one?
I dunno. Gonna go eat some soup and a sandwich
