Default list for 2008/2009
Before moving forward with this year's exchange, I wanted to post an update on defaults/defaulters, who is eligible to participate this year and who isn't.
This is not meant to "call out" anyone, but to make sure the rules are clear from the start. If you feel you are on the default list unfairly, please contact me.
Permanent defaults
The following individuals are in "permanent default" - that is, they signed up for either the 2006/2007 or 2007/2008 story exchange and never notified me that they would be unable to complete their assignment:
* isilrandir/londonbelow/marchingjaybird
* rheakurokawa
* azrielen
Individuals previously banned now re-eligible to sign up this year:
* Voodoo Child/voodoochild9 (did not submit story in 06/07, but notified me in advance)
Individuals unable to participate in the 2008/2009 exchange due to default last year:
* inchsandbckyrds/neely. (did not complete assignment, but notified me in advance)
* tommyboybbi/Paula C (submission did not meet word minimum requirement, did not respond to request to adjust this)
