Well, my first opinion article of the new year was printed today, and I'm feeling much better about it now that it's out. I've gotten two responses via email today, both of which were basically just thanking me for speaking my peace. One of them was entitled "Very well written", which made me d'awww.
I was worried I'd get bashed by the partiers. I'll probably post the article later.
