Decoration Cake from Wilton Class

Mar 16, 2008 04:20

This cake, I made, was from Wilton Cake Class Course 2.

I learned many types of flowers made by sugar frosting, also butter cream.
Most flowers in this picture were made by sugar frosting.
The white cream which covered cake was butter cream.

I made this cake for the last class of course 2.
I really liked it, and my hus loved eating it of course.. haha :))

And this.....

I made this cake for Christmas.

I used the technique I learned from 'Course 2'.
But those roses are made by butter cream.
So you could eat it all....
Although sugar frosting is very easy to use, it is hard to eat after dried.

I put white butter cream and pink cream at the same time in the pastry bag.
Then I made roses. I didn't mix those cream before put them in.
When I squeezed the bag, the cream was mixed at the exit.

My hus and son enjoyed eating it.
