ew, i'm 24
I'm currently in PA which is a nice break from a lot of crazy stuff going on in NYC, not so much crazy, just situations that I don't want to be around...
in any event! my greyhound bus ride was pretty awesome. While waiting online at Port Authority, the guy behind me asked me if what I was listening to was a walkman, and i said, "duh" and he was like "wow i haven't seen one of those in forever!" then he saw my subpop records sticker on it and got even more excited. We then started making fun of the guy with the Marilyn Manson shirt because he was freaking out. When we got on the bus he asked if he could sit next to me, we spent 2 hrs talking about gilmore girls and american history, till he got off in Camden, NJ. It was pretty cool, I didn't even catch his name but he was the best bus buddy I've ever had.
My mom got me the simpsons season 7 for my birthday which was pretty sweet, oh and a birthday cake (which made 3 birthday cakes I recieved for my birthday, the first one from jacky and danielle and the second from carolina and keith). My mom thought I was turning 23, I was like uh no! even my dad was confused... On my birthday I went bowling and got drunk, I didn't even plan ahead. I really wanted to go do karaoke but all the karoake places I go to do it on Tuesdays. BAH! so last minute decided to go bowling with whoever was around and/or called me. I'm terrible at planning, especially on days where I don't want any attention.
things are okay, I wanna go back to grad school already, which is lame, i know.
