Yea, so this week was midterm/regents week. I took that stupid ass 6 hour long english regents on tues and wed. I'll tell you, those fucking essay were death. They were boring and so random, I mean, what is "the nature of work"? Yea... oh well, it's done and over with. Then I took math, history AND chemistry. I think I did pretty good on them. Other than that, this week has been boring as hell. I haven't done anything except sit home and go on this damned computer and on myspace, my new found love. Oh, and I went to the battle of the bands at my school on friday. That was a joke, the bands pretty much all sucked, I missed the first hour of it, and then this band that only played dispatch covers won. That made me sad, I don't even know/like converge. But one thing that was funny that night was that Scott got punched in the face by one of the other lead singers from a band that played there. It made my night.
So I went to Georgia the weekend of the uh... 14-17 and damn it was cold down there. I never would have expected it to be 15degrees without windchill in Ga... I wasthinking, 30's maybe 40's... nope. But it was cool I got to see my aunt's new house *cough* that the used's guitarist stayed in last year *cough*... and got to see the church my parents were married in, that's cursed. We went to the coca-cola factory too. I tried some of the nastiest drinks ever, ones from Italy called arbitsi or something, I don't know but it tasted like death. But I got a shirt there, it says sprite all over it. I'm cool.
I also got to see a Van Gogh exibit at the High museum. Some of the stuff was impressive, the other things... from the other artists weren't as much. And then the gift shop, wow that sucked. All I wanted was a long sleeved shirt that said "Go Van Gogh" on it, but they only had XL's. That made me sad. Oh and waiting for over an hour in line, in the cold was not worth it either.
I got to go to this, gift show with my mom, for her store, and while I was there I bought 2 new purses, a new wallet, and green luggage. I don't mean forrest green, no Neon Green luggage. Walking out with that was funny, and at the airport, people kept saying "nice luggage" or "that's hot" or "you'll never lose that!"... it made my mother and I laugh every time.
But it was nice down in GA, to get away from the shit up here and go where no one knows me, except my family, and not have to deal with much. I did get to have some nice conversations with my new aunt. She's married in, but she's married to my cool uncle, the computer genius who's wife played bass for a hardcore band and had purple hair. Yeah, that's a cool family.
Anyways, I'm still bored out of my mind but numb3rs is on, so I'm going to go and watch that.
