This company calls my house probably 3-4 times average each day, with a message that says over and over "This is Harris and Dial PC please return this call at 1-800-233-0120. It's on our voice mail everyday, it's on the caller id one after the other. FINALLY I call back to tell them to take us off their list because I am SICK of being interrupted. They transfer my call to the dork that's on the recording, I tell him I would like to be taken off the list and that I am on the do not call list. He tells me that this is a law firm and they are doing nothing illegal, I proceed to ask him WHY he has a recording calling ME telling ME to call HIM?! He asks my name and I tell him thats irrelevant, I don't want him to call me anymore, and he says "you have a good day mam" and hangs up on me. I wish he was in front of me because I probably would have thrown my phone at him. Might I mention he said all of this in a completely condescending voice.
So what I don't understand is, WHY someone calls you, 30 times a day with a message to call them back?! Wouldn't it be more efficient to actually have someone on the line when I do pick up? Either way this guy has the wrong number, and has wasted much too much of my time... That is all....
