Bawww, what a way to start the year, I lack muse for my art and lacked a real birthday celebration (shut up, I like those. ;_;) since my mum and younger brothers were away in Sydney for an obscure relative's wedding. My dad was overseas for some business shit, but he wouldn't have done anything even if he were home.
My aunties were joking around about it: "Poor Pris, nobody's home to celebrate her birthday..." I laughed it off and joined in with the joking, but it soooooort of hurt. :/ My cousin's birthday is the day before mine so I popped over to his house to have a sort of... joint celebration thing, so it wasn't all bad. Can't deny I didn't feel kind of left out the next day, though. Of course Chris and Aimee (the darlings. I love them both. So much) took me around the city, but that's really it.
PLEASE LET CHINESE NEW YEAR BRING BETTERNESS AROUND. ;_; I will feast and collect my monies and wear all my new stuff like how you're supposed to and... YEAH IT'LL BE BETTER.

All my cosplay stuff has arrived, so I'll have some photos when Nat decides to come by my house with her stuff. I like my Kallen costume better than the C.C one, mostly because of the funky. <33333 I was expecting it to be like... cotton or something, but it's sort of a golden-y synthetic leathery thing, it doesn't breathe obviously so I might die if I stand around in heat too long Also, I need to shorten the shorts about a centimetre or two though since the current length is a tad uncomfortable, and it also mucks up the leg warmer thingers since they have to sit lower than they're supposed to and the proportion makes everything look like crap. I'll ask my aunty to do that for me, since she's a bit pro at that kind of thing since I'd fear for fucking it up if I tried it myself.
...still feel like a dork with the Kallen wig on though, aha. The feeling decreases when I wear it with the costume, so.. maybe it's just all in my head.
..................................the movie I can hear them watching outside is strange. Sounds like they're having sex. Painful sex. Or tiring. Can't seem to pinpoint which. Think I'll turn up my music a little more.......
