(no subject)
I think I demonstrated quite well that I have a bad temper at work today. Yes, it involves an order for coffee and a customer, you can look away now. I'm just recapping this for my own personal satisfaction. I'M DOING IT FOR THE LUL. My own lul, but does it seem like I give a crap? No.
Anyway, so, basically a woman was waiting like, 5 minutes for a coffee. She comes up to Celine at the counter complaining she's been waiting 15 minutes and wants her money back. Usually, I wouldn't care, yeah, she lied about the time, but 5 minutes is 5 minutes and I suppose it's cause for concern, for lack of a better phrase. It was sort of busy, but not enough to give an excuse. So yeah, the woman demanded a refund, right as I was pouring the milk for her order. Celine told her that and she begrudgingly backed down, saying "I'm sorry too." in that disgustingly condescending way when Celine apologised. She didn't really say anything to me and I said nothing to her, just more or less dropped her order onto the counter and moved onto the next order. At that time, I was seriously annoyed, because we'd had several fucking morons in already and I needed to vent, because 1) it makes me feel better and 2) I seem to amuse people when I do it. So everybody wins, right?
So as she's walking away, I get up on my tip toes, glare at her and say rather loudly, "PLEASE TO BE LEARNING TO PERCIEVE TIME, YOU FREAK." Then several seconds later, I added, "HOPE YOU GOT A WATCH FOR CHRISTMAS. IT MIGHT HELP YOU." Kel and Roland lol'd. Then I lol'd. I don't know if she heard me, obviously she didn't, because she didn't come back demanding for me to be fired. 8'D I think another lady standing at the counter waiting for /her/ order heard me though and I felt SOOOOO awkward handing her coffee to her. XDD She mumbled a quiet "thankyou" and didn't look at me.
It was funny at the time. And call me lame, but I still chuckle when I think about it.
In conclusion, I learned two things from that incident.
I really am a Prismonster.
