Got my wisdom teeth out today. The novocaine was pretty enjoyable actually. I reacted pretty well and the numbness lasted for hours.
Getting knocked out, the last thing I remember is hearing my surgeon say the name "Johnny Depp", something about Tahiti, and then my mom kissed me on the forehead. Next thing I knew, I woke up with a hand in front of my face holding four teeth.
I was in bed today for twelve hours. Most of them were spent watching movies, drinking Sprite or sleeping. Stacy and Septembro visited, and so did Matt, Molly and Don just now. Cool beans.
I've learned that surgery isn't that scary after all, vicodin makes your head spin, and two days off from work doesn't suck at all.
