valentines day.
HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!
I spent the last 4 hours or so painting this for Peter. It is now 5:30am and we have plans to cook breakfast together. I initially planned to cook him breakfast without him knowing, but then he said he would cook breakfast for me! It's a funny store since we both were at the same grocery store without knowing the other was there as well. He gave me a call and said, "Hey, I'm really hungry so I'm at King Soopers, are you hungry?" Me, "You mean the King Soopers closest to our house? I'm here too." Haha. Anywho, after breakfast we plan to go to the Denver Zoo! Yay. I've never been there and I wanted to go there :) I love animals. It's a Free Day today, so we save even more money!
It's also our 2 year anniversary today. Woohoo. Has it really been that long? Haha. That is simply amazing! He mentions once in a while that I never use the painting set that he gave me for graduation (it was pretty pricey too!) so I decided to paint him another picture :P The quality of this picture is really crappy, but you get the idea. I also do not know how to paint at all... the technique, everything.. I wish I knew how. That was the whole point of Peter getting me the painting set, a practice canvas book and more canvas (like the one pictured) for when I felt ready to paint a bigger picture. Well, I finally used it again. I just hope he likes it. It's not even completely done, but I'm tired and don't want to be to tired for the animals :( Below the heart-shaped balloon, I was going to write "After Your Heart."
I know, I already have his heart. But hmm.. I can't really put into words what I mean at the moment, but I guess I'm holding nothing back, whatever I say or do, I'm after his heart? I don't know. I can't give it poetic justice at the moment. I think my brain is fried. I'll try to get a better picture of it later.
