*note: This tutorial works best with images that have mostly white colors in it or, pink and such. No dark images.
Okay, open your image, resize it to your desired size. I "SHARPEN EDGES" my image first with this setting, you can if you want to, but my image was a bit blurry:

Move the texture a little so the light won't be in the subject's face, if you're working with a subject.
