WANTAGH, L.I. -- A Wantagh man is accused of assaulting a 75-year-old woman Wednesday morning, police said.
Police said the woman asked Oscar Hernandez, 19, to leave when she noticed him urinating on her front lawn.
Police said Hernandez walked up to her front door and punched her, breaking a bone in her face.
Police found Hernandez nearby and arrested him. Officers said they found marijuana in his possession.
According to police, Hernandez kicked and damaged a telephone while in custody.
