Mutant prom
Man I am so excited for this MUTANT PROM. Even though Rictor doesn't have a date. We need a Shatterstar! So Rictor will stop angsting so much. Hopefully Tabby will hang out with him although this is Nextwave Tabby so I dunno. But still! He is tiny and precious and trying so hard and reading comics to improve his English and he is just a very lovely baby Rictor in all his sullen glory. Also Toph. TOOOOOPPPHHHH! There will be Toph and she will probably be teaching Rictor and if that's not enough to brighten your day I feel so sad for you.
On the other hand, Emma! Emma has Cuckoos. Well. Emma has a Cuckoo. I will not be satisfied until we get a Julian, though. OH JULIAN. You are such a bitch and I love it.
Who else do I want? I want a JP for Bobby, even though there are already 6 million speedsters running around, and then a JM too because why not go all out. Then I want a Hank, because we need one and because I secretly ship JM/Hank (she likes hairy guys! They can double date!) and then a Warren, so we can have a fab five. Basically I just want all the X-Men ever, is what I'm saying.
Also, we've already had our first Emma vs. Daken showdown and it was FABULOUS. While I will stand by my Daken-is-an-emotionally-unsatisfying-character statement, I will admit he is tons o fun.
