I decided I'm going to do personal posts and stuff
Okay so I've been watching BtAS and TNBA and stuff because it is awesome and now I totally ship Roxy Rocket/Hal Jordan. Don't tell me you can't see it. IT IS MAGNIFICENT.
Also, DCAU Tim makes me miss proper Tim. I DON'T KNOW WHO THIS RED ROBIN CHARACTER IS NO I DON'T. Perhaps some AU Jason Todd? I must say it puzzles me. Speaking of which, I am okay with Jason being a little tiny bit crazypants, because it's kind of fabulous and a little bit tragic for Bruce and the gang. Like, I want him to go off with Rose and be antiheroes for a bit, then calm down and have a stint as Helena's sidekick-partner type before working up the courage to rejoin the Batfamily proper. Also, you know who needs some facetime? Bette Kane. Now that her aunt is a Big Deal in Detective Comics, I want to see more of her. Perhaps I just want Kate to have a Batclan of her own. Batman has a Nightwing (SHUT UP DICK IS NIGHTWING BRUCE IS BATMAN I CAN'T HEAR YOU) so Batwoman gets a Flamebird! She just needs a Robin. Carrie Kelly? And a Batboy. OOH I KNOW HOW ABOUT DAMIAN. It's not like he's doing anything important, because clearly if Tim can't be Robin Steph is the next in line. Maybe Azrael can come and be kind of like her Spoiler, as in part time sidekick. Funny story, I managed to get him confused with Zauriel and Northstar! How do I even do those things.
Oooh, and I like Penguin's assistants! They look like Zatanna. Speaking of whom, I really have to get the ball rolling on the Zatara_Diaries again. Poor Zach. I have been seriously neglecting him. So has DC, though, since wasn't he supposed to be in Action Comics? Poor thing.
You know who else I like? Harley! I mean obviously. She is just so great. Also the Joker, but not as much. I LOVE THIS SHOW. Actually I love most superhero shows. They're like how the comics are supposed to be: fun and occasionally beautiful.
But I don't want to dwell on the current Batstuff as I've done enough over at scans_daily. Man, I wish comics didn't make me so angry. Wouldn't that be nice! Someday.
