I need to work on my food intake.
I either eat too little, or too much. -____-
starting asap:
1. No soda or sugary drinks.
2. and no more cookies at work. (working with food SUCKS.)
3. Drink more water.
4. EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE! Take me to the gym, plz.
5. Eat more fruits.
6. Don't forget breakfast. EVER.
7. No eating meals past 7/8pm.
8. Get more calcium.
9. Start taking multi-vitamin pills.
