8. Least favorite quest
The Long Road. So. Pointless. Kind of hilarious, though. Can't say I hated it. The quote in my icon comes from it.
Holy hell, having Isabella in your party makes this quest so worth it.
All my other companions had these epic quests that were central to the main plot, and then Aveline is all "I have a crush on a guy and even though I'm the captain of the guard and this giant badass woman, I'm a sissy girl when it comes to love. Can you pass him these subtle hints and tell me what he says?"
OH GOD I REMEMBER WHAT QUEST I HATED.
There was a quest in Dragon Age: Origins that FILLED ME WITH RAEG. It was so hard and terrible and long. I'm pretty sure it was whichever quest took me through the Deep Roads, possibly the last quest of the game. Actually, any quest that had anything to do with the Deep Roads. FUCKING DEEP ROADS, WHY ARE YOU SO HUGE AND MAZE-LIKE. I'm not too happy overall about the dumbing-down in DA2 but THANK GOD FOR NO LABYRINTH DEEP ROADS FILLED WITH IMPOSSIBLY POWERFUL HORDES OF DARKSPAWN.
Wait, actually it looks like the final quest did not take you through the deep roads. I forgot darkspawn are everywhere in that game. STILL HATED IT, THOUGH. I am pretty sure it was a Deep Roads quest and not the final quest. If only I could remember which one...!
