When I love something enough, and learn about it, I don't want to keep the knowledge to myself, knowing that so many others could benefit from it. I want to share it with those who seek it. That's why I decided to create
Verte Aile and
A Gothic & Lolita Grimoire :D
Some would call this a vice...and I almost agree. Sometimes it's better not to cast your pearls before swine. Sometimes it's better to learn and then to "Keep Silent". But...I feel selfish keeping everything to myself! Some of it needs to be shared. Anything I could possibly write in either of those blogs would be biased toward my own point of view anyway. I can't make somebody believe everything I say--they've got to mix it with their own experiences.
Some would argue that it's still better for new people to discover all of this through their own hard work, because only those who truly "belong" will make it. I would argue that if you teach everybody in the world about something, people who would have otherwise never known of its existence will be drawn to it and will still have to do their own gold-digging through the mire of ignorant noobs and misinformation if they truly want to participate to their fullest capabilities. A handful of those people may even surpass their teachers.
