you over did it twice today. you have no school tomorrow. around 2 or later you are leaving to meet alyssa and possibly others downtown. ajax may or may not come. you are waking up at a reasonable time. you need to give yourself 2 hours at the rec center to work out. not including walking there. you need to burn atleast 400 calories, the more the better. you ate to much today, to much to loose, enough to GAIN. you need to get rid of it and tomorrow is your golden oppertunity. if you don't burn this off, it will stick to you. get it Cassie? burn it off tomorrow like a good little girl. you will feel so much better about EVERYTHING. trust me, i know what is good for you. don't you want your legs to not rub together when you walk. that is fat. its caused by eating like you did today. the is just ugly and weak. you are better then that. thats why you are going to the gym tomorrow, to redeem yourself. wake up at 9, weigh your chunky little self, shower, dress, if you feel you must eat, which is WEAK, you may have a PROTIEN SHAKE WITH BERRIES (just to warn you, that is atleast 120 calories that YOU DON'T NEED). walk or get a ride to the gym, burn more then 400 calories, come home, shower if you want, stay out of the kitchen, clean your room, clean the house, clean the bathroom, organize things finish painting shoes, walk ajax is she isn't coming downtown, walk to bus stop if you don't have ajax or if she is asleep, walk to transit center if you have ajax and she is being a brat. be a good girl. be a good girl. BE A GOOD GIRL.
