if i meet a goal weight, i will usually buy a new shirt or a new piece of clothing. it awesome to buy a smaller size or to feel happier in new clothes at a smaller waist! :D
Someone's who saddended by your choice of "help" (that ana_goals community is horrible... telling people with eating disorders, who weigh next to nothing, to fast and diet is so wrong.) Just eat something.
i do eat and thats the problem. i compulsively over eat. i am not anorexic, i have EDNOS. im not trying to get help, i am trying to get suppost from others who have an idea of how i feel.
You could: -buy new clothes -get a facial or massage or manicure -dye your hair -buy a new journal or book or magazine -buy shoes! -give yourself a night to not berate yourself and yes, eat something. It's easier to stop binging if you let yourself eat "forbidden" things sometimes. -hang out with a friend -go to an art museum
