My cooking skills are slowly improving. I'm not really good at it; I'm just really good at following directions. Today I may have practiced proper knife technique. I discovered I've been dicing onions wrong all my life! Ah. Food. I made spaghetti carbonara, cheddar bay biscuits, and raspberry cheesecake cupcakes this weekend for Joli. Maybe I should look into making a delish salad. Or something.
