It's funny how one night can really change your outlook. Just one night away from campus just hanging out with some cool people. I've gone through the day today with a much more confident attitude. I've been feeing so lonely and self-conscious recently, and last night made me realize that I don't need to be. I have friends, pretty cool ones and I don't need to worry about what anyone else thinks of me.
Today, I got to sing with the Voices of Lee during chapel, and it was one of the coolest experiences ever. I've never met such a dedicated, talented, humble group of people and to be able to perform with them is just unbelievable. It really is a dream come true and I keep having to tell myself that it's really happening.
I love my Message of the New Testament class. It's teaching me so many new things and new ways of interpreting the Bible. I'm just so thankful for this place, where I can learn about the things that I love and that are important to me. This place has such a wonderful spirit.
I absolutely love downtown Cleveland. Everyone is so friendly. I love The Spot, which serves some of the best food ever. I love the weather today. It's the perfect day to be outside. I just feel so different today. It's a good kind of different.
