Problem. Dad says that you have to pay for the ticket before the concert, or either he or mom are going with me. I assume that this is not possible (you raising the money), so I recommend you ask your father for the money ($63)and give that to me (cash or check) to give to dad. Also, remember that you must also pay for Metro fare ($12-ish). It's now up to you and your father as to whether or not you go. I've talked to dad, I've asked him to just let you pay after the concert, I've told him to trust you because you are my best friend. His response was, "Well, he isn't my best friend." Refer to the previous friends-only entry for my number if you or your father wish to speak to me or my father on the phone. Please wait until you return from Florida, however, so we don't have to pay long distance. I am very sorry about this, and I sincerely hope it all pans out and we can see Simon and Garfunkel together.
